The wedding of Jennifer and Garret was not only one that would never dare be forgotten, but also a wedding that I had oh SO much fun planning. Working with Jennifer and Garrett to design the Lake Havasu State Park wedding of their dreams was an absolute blast. Jennifer's clear vision from the get-go was a catalyst for my creative process; each of her ideas sparked a resounding "yessss" within me.

This stunning couple shared a special bond with Lake Havasu City, a detail that always fills my heart with joy. Their frequent vacations to this serene destination were a testament to their affection for the lake life. Originating from Phoenix, Arizona, it was inevitable that their love for the lake had to be intricately woven into the their wedding day.

An Unforgettable Lake Havasu State Park Wedding

The coming together of Jennifer and Garrett is truly beautiful, and many reasons make their union so special. Over their wedding weekend, they shared a profoundly beautiful experience, getting baptized together in the lake waters surrounded by their nearest and dearest friends and family. This was only the beginning of lifelong oaths they welcomed over the course of their weekend; the depth of this wedding's significance is immeasurable.

The wedding festivities began with a fun DesertBoho 80s-themed welcome party after the rehearsal, where everyone—Jennifer, Garrett, and their guests—dressed up and dove headfirst into a weekend of joyous celebration. The wedding day itself was nothing short of perfection—a sun-kissed day overlooking the lake, with a sunset that painted the sky in breathtaking hues. This was what dreams are made of. The warmth and kindness radiating from their friends and family created an atmosphere infused with boundless love- and a great privilege it was to witness it all.

Becoming friends with Jennifer and Garrett was an unexpected bonus in the process, and being part of the orchestration of their beautiful day is a memory we will collectively forever cherish. Their trust in our DesertBoho guidance and collaboration allowed us to witness and contribute to the creation of a truly magical celebration of their love.
